creative studio

We build consumer brands around singular people — researched before they're designed, tested before they're launched, and run like they intend to stay.

Most creator brands arrive as a face and a hope. Ours arrive with a thesis, a tested audience, and a launch you could set your watch to.

For creators

With a real audience and a category they can honestly own. We turn what you've built into a brand that outlasts the algorithm.

Introduce yourself

For operators & brand owners

Who want new brands de-risked before they reach your desk: category whitespace mapped, demand proven with real orders, identity and launch plan ready to execute.

What we do — in the order we do it

Five disciplines, one sequence. Each one exists because a brand that skips it pays for the shortcut later.

01 / opportunity

Evidence before design

Category whitespace research, audience intelligence, and demand validation with real product in real hands. We don't pitch instincts — we pitch receipts.

  • Opportunity briefs
  • Audience evidence packs
  • Whitespace & pricing studies
  • Demand-validation drops
02 / brand

Built for the shelf as much as the feed

Naming, identity, voice, and packaging that survive a retail aisle, a thumbnail, and a decade. Every asset delivered as a system the whole supply chain can execute.

  • Naming & identity
  • Packaging systems
  • Brand books
  • Tone of voice
  • Shelf & digital mockups
03 / launch

A choreography, not a post

Six weeks of engineered anticipation: tease and capture, coordinated seeding, one hero film on the creator's own channel, and a launch mechanic that turns buying into an event. Sell-in materials armed for your retail buyers on the same clock.

  • Launch strategy
  • Creator content production
  • PR & earned media
  • Micro-creator & affiliate engines
  • Retail sell-in kits
04 / momentum

Launch is a day. Momentum is a calendar.

Agency-of-record for the life of the brand: always-on creator programming, seasonal drops and refreshes, community management, and a monthly scorecard that reads velocity and earned media — never vanity metrics.

  • Always-on programming
  • Seasonal drops & refreshes
  • Community & social
  • Performance & EMV reporting
05 / stewardship

The layer that keeps a brand worth owning

Guidelines held as a single source of truth, artwork and claims approvals on committed turnarounds, and a compliance record kept clean from day one. Unglamorous, and the reason everything above it holds its value.

  • Brand guidelines & asset management
  • Artwork & claims approvals
  • Compliance capture

How we work

Principle 01

Evidence before airtime. Demand is proven with product in hands before a dollar reaches media.

Principle 02

Certification before celebrity. Credibility is built before the famous face fronts it.

Principle 03

A thousand small voices over one megaphone. Engines of many creators outwork any single shout.

Principle 04

One scoreboard. Monthly, consistent, and honest — the same metrics from launch to year five.

Who we are

snglr is led by Helena Chen — a two-decade brand career across Dubai, Moscow, and the US, and an agency founder three times over. The studio stays deliberately small: senior people on every brief, no hand-offs to a second team.

Track record
  • Pitched, built, and ran a new agency inside the BBDO network as the youngest Managing Director in BBDO's global system — grown to 40 people and profitability, with 12 client signings including BMW Group and LADA.
  • Led new business at an award-winning Moscow agency at a ~90% pitch win rate — closing Mitsubishi, IKEA, and William Grant & Sons, and growing the client portfolio 45%.
  • Launch experience from product to spectacle: Nokia seeding campaigns that lifted UAE sales 21%, Gucci's first fashion show outside Milan, Bvlgari's launch with Catherine Deneuve, the Ferrari California debut.
  • Founder twice more since: a brand-strategy practice serving clients from a billionaire-founded nonprofit to a celebrity chef, and an e-commerce product brand built from concept to market.

How an engagement runs

Week 0

Brief

You bring a person, a product idea, or both. We respond within a week with a point of view.

Weeks 1–4

Opportunity sprint

Whitespace, audience evidence, and a go / no-go recommendation you can hold us to.

Weeks 5–16

Brand & launch build

Identity, packaging, and the full launch choreography — built in parallel, not in sequence.

Ongoing

Run

Always-on programming, drops, and a monthly scorecard that tells the truth.

Common questions

Who owns what we make?

The brand does. Names, identities, packaging, campaigns — everything we create is assigned to the brand's own company, not held by the studio. A brand you can't fully own isn't a brand; it's a rental.

How do you price?

Fixed-scope, named products at published rates — a brief always maps to a defined deliverable and a number, never an open meter.

Do you handle manufacturing or distribution?

No — deliberately. We build the brand, prove the demand, and run the marketing; manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations stay with the operating partners built for them. That separation is why our work travels well.

snglr

Yes — there's a letter missing. We build everything around it.
That space is where the singular person goes.
